O' HEX NO! is a novelty entertainment service. Use it for jokes, harmless pettiness and digital chaos. Do not use it to threaten, harass, stalk, defraud, impersonate or harm people.
If you purchase something, give us accurate information, understand what you're buying, and remember that the wizard does not actually control the universe.

O' HEX NO! provides novelty digital entertainment. References to spells, hexes, curses, JuJu, magic, karma and cosmic forces are part of the joke.
We do not promise supernatural or real-world results.
You Own What You Submit
You are responsible for names, email addresses, messages and other information you submit through O' HEX NO!.
Don't give us content or information you do not have the right to use.
Don't Weaponize the Wizard
O' HEX NO! is not a tool for threats, harassment, stalking, fraud, intimidation, discrimination or illegal activity.

Certain O' HEX NO! features allow you to provide recipient names, email addresses, personalized messages and other information used to create or deliver your purchase.
You are responsible for the information and content you submit and for ensuring your use of that information complies with applicable law and these Terms.
By submitting content necessary to fulfill an order, you give O' HEX NO! permission to use, reproduce, format, transmit and otherwise process that content as reasonably necessary to provide the service you requested.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, invasive of another person's rights, or intended to facilitate harassment, stalking, violence or other harmful conduct.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using O' HEX NO!, placing an order, submitting information or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies incorporated into them by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use or purchase through O' HEX NO!.
2. Nature of the Service
O' HEX NO! provides digital novelty and entertainment services involving fictional spells, hexes, curses, magical themes, humorous communications and related interactive features.
O' HEX NO! does not represent or guarantee that any service possesses supernatural powers or will produce any specific real-world outcome. Additional information is available in our Entertainment Disclaimer.
3. Purchases & Payment
Prices displayed at the time of purchase apply to the selected service and any optional upgrades or add-ons. You agree to provide accurate payment and order information and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.
Payments may be processed through independent third-party payment providers. O' HEX NO! may refuse, cancel or limit an order when reasonably necessary because of payment problems, suspected fraud, technical issues, prohibited content or misuse of the service.
4. Digital Fulfillment
O' HEX NO! services are digital and may begin processing or fulfillment immediately after payment. Delivery times may vary because of technical issues, email systems, spam filtering, incorrect recipient information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A recipient's failure to open, read, enjoy or emotionally recover from a successfully delivered communication does not mean the service was not fulfilled.
5. Refunds
Completed digital services are generally non-refundable once fulfillment has begun or the purchased service has been delivered. Limited exceptions may apply to verified duplicate charges, billing errors or certain technical failures.

6. Recipient Information
Some services require information about another person, including a recipient name or email address. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful submission of that information.
Recipient information may be processed as reasonably necessary to fulfill the requested service, provide related transactional communications, operate Cast Back, prevent abuse and perform other functions described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Anonymous Orders
Certain purchases may offer an anonymity option. Anonymity means that O' HEX NO! may withhold designated purchaser-identifying information from the recipient as part of the entertainment experience.
Anonymity does not mean that O' HEX NO! never receives, processes or retains purchaser information, and it does not prevent disclosure when reasonably necessary for payment processing, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or response to valid legal process.
8. Cast Back
Certain recipients may be offered the ability to purchase a Cast Back or related service. Cast Back is a separate digital entertainment purchase and may be subject to pricing, limitations and terms displayed when the purchase is made.
O' HEX NO! may limit the number or sequence of Cast Back transactions associated with an original order.
9. Add-Ons & Upgrades
O' HEX NO! may offer optional features such as anonymity, Extra JuJu, personal messages, Double Trouble or other upgrades. These features are part of the digital entertainment service and do not represent a promise of any supernatural or real-world result.
10. User-Submitted Content
You retain responsibility for content you submit. By providing content through O' HEX NO!, you grant us a limited permission to process, reproduce, modify, format and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to operate the service and fulfill your request.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions reasonably necessary to submit that content and that your submission does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use O' HEX NO! to threaten violence, facilitate self-harm, stalk, harass, intimidate, discriminate against, defraud, impersonate or unlawfully target another person.
You may not attempt to interfere with the website, circumvent security measures, introduce malicious code, access systems without authorization, abuse promotional offers or use automated systems to disrupt or exploit the service.
12. Refusal or Cancellation of Service
We reserve the right to reject, cancel, suspend or refuse an order or service when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, creates a safety or legal concern, involves suspected fraud or abuse, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
When an order is canceled before fulfillment, any applicable payment handling will be determined based on the circumstances and our Refund Policy.
13. Intellectual Property
The O' HEX NO! name, branding, website design, original graphics, characters, wizard artwork, written content, spell concepts, product presentation and other original site materials are owned by or licensed to O' HEX NO! and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, scrape, republish or commercially exploit our original materials without authorization except where permitted by law.
14. Third-Party Services
O' HEX NO! may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, email delivery, analytics, advertising and other technology or business functions.
Independent third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party services outside our reasonable control.
15. No Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, O' HEX NO! and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties regarding supernatural results, uninterrupted availability, recipient reactions or specific outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, O' HEX NO! will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service, user-submitted content, recipient reactions, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
17. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the O' HEX NO! Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in that policy.
18. Changes to the Service
We may add, remove, modify, suspend or discontinue products, features, prices, promotions or portions of the O' HEX NO! service from time to time.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as the service evolves or legal, operational or technical requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

O' HEX NO! works because the premise is ridiculous, the pettiness is harmless and everybody gets to move on with their lives afterward.
If your intended use crosses the line from funny into threatening, dangerous, abusive, fraudulent or illegal, don't use O' HEX NO!.
