Look, once the cosmic paperwork has been filed, there is only so much we can do. O' HEX NO! provides digital novelty and entertainment services that may be fulfilled immediately after purchase. That means all sales are generally final once your spell has been cast.
The short
answer is
no.
O' HEX NO! sells digital novelty entertainment. When you purchase a spell, you are purchasing the creation and delivery of a digital entertainment experience, not a physical product that can be boxed back up and returned.
Because fulfillment may begin immediately after payment, completed and successfully delivered orders are non-refundable.
In other words, you cannot un-ring the bell, un-send the email, or ask the wizard to forget what he saw.
All sales are final once the spell is cast.
If your order was successfully processed and the purchased digital service was fulfilled, we do not provide refunds because you changed your mind, made up with your ex, forgave your coworker, experienced sudden personal growth, or decided that perhaps pettiness was not the answer after all.

Unfortunately, if your spell has already been processed or delivered, your emotional breakthrough does not reverse the transaction.

Didn't Get the Cosmic Outcome You Wanted?
That one is definitely not refundable.
O' HEX NO! is a novelty entertainment service. We do not promise, guarantee, or warrant supernatural results, cosmic revenge, inconvenient Tuesdays, mysterious sock disappearances, or any other real-world outcome.
Already Delivered?
Once a digital spell, notification, message, or related service has been successfully fulfilled, the order cannot be returned.
Digital chaos has no return shipping label.

There are a
few exceptions.
We may issue a refund or otherwise correct the problem when the problem is actually ours.
Contact us as soon as possible if you believe one of the following happened. Requests are reviewed individually, and submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Refund Requests
If you believe your purchase qualifies for an exception, contact O' HEX NO! with your order information and a description of the issue. We may request additional information necessary to verify the transaction.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears on your account.
Cast Back Purchases
Cast Back purchases and related upgrades are digital services and are subject to the same refund rules as standard spell purchases.
Add-Ons & Upgrades
Optional upgrades, including anonymity, Extra JuJu, personal messages, Double Trouble, and similar digital add-ons are generally non-refundable once fulfillment has begun or the related order has been delivered.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a legitimate billing problem, please contact us first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve it. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
Policy Updates
O' HEX NO! may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of purchase will generally govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.
